New to arm balances? Crow feel confusing?! This journey to arm balance course is a set of 9 practices PLUS a live online workshop to help you feel more confident balancing on your hands! Any asana practice is a journey. The aim of this collection of practices is not to have you in a perfect arm balance, but to break down the fundamentals so that you can continue that journey yourself! The arm balances we'll be looking at are: Crow Pose - Bakasana Side Crow - Parsva Bakasana Eight Angle Pose - Astavakrasana Flying Pigeon - Eka Pada Galavasana EPK - Eka Pada Kaundinyasana You'll find a couple of rest days in the programme. This is to give the shoulders and wrists a little break!
