THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
The yoga practices on breathe studio vary from beginner to intermediate/advanced. Though not specifically designed for someone who has never practised yoga asana, (movement) before, the classes are open to everyone as long as you have a good level of fitness, and an understanding of your body. Approach each class by taking into consideration how your body feels in the moment.
Participating in these classes is under the understanding that the practices may require intense physical exertion which can lead to injury, and agreeing that you are physically fit enough to participate. It is also the participants responsibility to communicate any injuries to the teacher if the class is Live, and to update their PAR-Q as necessary.
