The price includes the full retreat experience: guided 10km trail run, recovery drinks and snacks, mobility and recovery flow, nourishing shared lunch, slow flow yoga, tea and sweet bite, and runner strength workshop.
The Early Bird and Standard pricing both include the same full retreat experience. The difference is simply the price. The Bring a Friend price is for two people attending together and includes the full retreat experience for both guests.

Please bring trail running kit suitable for the weather, trail shoes, a water bottle, a change of clothes, extra layers and any personal nutrition you may want for the run. You are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
