Winter Solstice Cacao Ceremony

Service Description

Join us for a beautiful winter solstice cacao ceremony on the 21st December. You can expect a beautiful meditation, followed by enjoying your cacao. We'll also be gently moving our bodies. After booking we'll be asking for your address so we can send you the cacao, plus instructions on how to prepare before our ceremony! Contraindications Ceremonial doses of cacao are NOT recommended for somebody who: - is taking antidepressants, (cacao contains MAO inhibitors) - has a serious heart condition - has very high blood pressure - suffers from epilepsy Please contact your Dr if you are considering taking ceremonial doses of cacao in any of these cases. Notes: - Pregnant women should take lower doses of cacao - Cacao is toxic to pets, (please keep away from animal) - Cacao is grown on farms that may handle nuts. Please be aware for allergies.
