The ethos of this retreat is to restore after the darker winter days, with a timetable of deeply nourishing practices.
From cacao at Glastonbury Tor, to sound healing and slow morning practices, this retreat aims to fill your cup back up.
Our venue is set in beautiful countryside, and every detail has been thought of. Log burning fires, cosy bedrooms, and a wonderful spa complete with heated swimming pool, sauna, and cold plunge.

Accomodation
Single occupancy king rooms, and twin rooms available. All bedrooms are en-suite with two jack and jill bathrooms across the whole site.
Classes, workshops and sound healing.
Every practice on the timetable is included.
Cacao at Glastonbury Tor.
A powerful intersection of dramatic geology, and thousands of years of human history, we'll be enjoying cacao in this special place.
Food, drinks & snacks.
All freshly made & designed to nourish you fully.
Spa, sauna & cold plunge.
Downtime to enjoy the spa facilities. You could even book a treatment, (treatments not included in retreat price.)

Upper Woodlands Estate
Established in 2006, Upper Woodlands is a family business that owes its routes to farming heritage.
Derelict for many years, the site has been designed specifically with retreats in mind.
The area plays host to vast swallow murmurations. swallows are an ancient symbol of freedom and happiness.

Want a big bed to yourself? Go for a King room. Happy to share? All of our twin rooms are spacious and come with an en-suite bathroom. Full price and deposit booking available. Payment plans available for deposit booking.
