This guided dance meditation practice will CONNECT more deeply with yourself, MOVE and shift your energy, RELEASE what isn’t serving you & find your own unique FLOW. For the best experience possible, please wear good quality headphones, & prepare your practice space so you have enough room and you feel comfortable. We currently have 4 meditation practices on here for you to try. 1. Heart connection In this practice we are moving with the intention of feeling everything without attachment so we can set it free. So we can become lighter and move more easily from a heart centered place. Feeling compassion, acceptance and unconditional love. 2. Body connection In this practice we are moving with the intention of feeling deep into our body. So we can move with more awareness of the incredible intelligence within us. 3. Earth connection In this practice we are moving with the intention of feeling into our connection with the Earth. Waking up our primal essence and allowing ourselves to feel a deeper sense of safety in our body. 4.Feel without attachment. In this practice we are moving with the intention of allowing ourselves to observe emotions without attachment.
