Seven days of practices designed to help find strength and support within your body. Each practice lasts from 25 minutes to an hour and has been created with a specific focus in mind, (though we will recap as we go!) These classes are created for everyone, but an existing practice or understanding of yoga asana will help! Please remember to speak to your GP before embarking on any new movement regime, and listen to your body so you're able to adapt the practice as you need.
