Sara is an Embodiment & Empowerment Guide, Medicine Woman, Freedom Explorer. She is an advanced Yoga Teacher, she runs courses & Cacao ceremonies & facilitates Dance & Sound journeys. She is the Creatrix of Sambaddha Yoga & Soulfull dance and a Trainer for Flow Dance Meditation and Buti Yoga.

She is also currently in a Maturation Coaching Programme bringing in different lineages of healing modalities.
