If you're new to yoga asana, are unsure of the fundamentals, or just want to strip things back to basics, this is for YOU! Each week of this journey is centered around a different physical focus, to build confidence and strength in your asana practice. We'll also be looking at pranayama (breath work), and history and philosophy! What's Included: - X5 PDF's - One for each week. We look a little more at history and philosophy, as well as covering the theme of the week. - X5 Classes - One for the theme of each week. - 2-3 Mini video tutorials for each week. - Support should you need it. Any questions? Reach out! I've scheduled things in for different days because you'll feel the benefit of regular short practices more than you will one long class a week. Don't worry if you miss a day, you can always catch up!
